BiZou.me Promise: We want you to be happy with your order and the service we give you. We are always happy to give help and advice. Whether by phone, email or post, our guidance always will be caring, honest, well-informed and personal to you.

UK Postage & Packing is £4.95:
Orders under £50 are sent by First Class Post.
Orders over £50 are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery which is fully insured and guaranteed next day delivery.
The day we dispatch, we email you to let you know your parcel has been sent so you can look out for it.

How do we work?
Each piece from the BiZou Collection is entirely designed and handmade in the UK in our atelier studio by a small team of highly skilled people. BiZou aims to work with the best quality leather, we want it to look good and feel good!
BiZou is proud to offer you the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Basically, we will make for you what you choose online:

Step 1: Provide us with the size and the colour of the leather using the color chart
Step 2: Finalise your purchase and then you will receive an email of confirmation of the order
Step 3: We make your goodies and keep you posted
Step 4: You will receive your order in approximately 2 to 3 working weeks from the date of the order (this might vary depending on the complexity of the items)
In the rare case we would not be able to make an article; BiZou will give you a total refund.

Shipping when an article is in Stock
Orders made before 3pm on weekdays would be sent out the following day.
Orders made after 3pm would be processed and packed the following day and sent the day after.
Orders made over the weekend are sent on the following Tuesday (except on bank holiday weekends when they are sent out on the Wednesday. 

All orders are securely and discreetly packaged in plain outer packaging.
There's never ANY indication of the contents or the BiZou name on the outer box: Only a tiny return address on the reverse of the parcel.
Over 95% of UK orders are dispatched on a next working day delivery service:
In the unlikely event that an item or colour choice is out of stock, and we are unable to send your parcel out straight away, we'll contact you to let you know the situation, and if appropriate, offer a close alternative. Customers ordering Monday to Friday will be contacted within 24 hours of the day we receive your order. Customers ordering over the weekend will be contacted the following Monday (except bank holiday).
We'll also send a reference number (Special Delivery Post on orders over £50) so you can to track your delivery on the Royal Mail website.

All Special & Recorded Delivery packages need to sign for.

If you fail to pick up your package from the Sorting Office within the 3 week holding period and your package is returned to us, we cannot resend it without charging another P&P charge.
Whilst we send your package by the speediest, most highly insured and easily traceable carrier available, we cannot be held responsible for any failure in their service. If your parcel goes astray whilst in the care of the GPO we have to wait until the GPO has accepted liability before we can send you out new goodies or issue a refund.
If the country you order from has tight custom laws, we cannot be responsible for any difficulty this might cause.
All prices are shown in £ sterling. We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time, but we will contact you regarding any price change to give you the option of amending and processing your order or canceling it.

BiZou’s aim:

You satisfactory is our goal, if you are not totally happy with any bespoke or ordered BiZou goods then do contact us. We will always do our maximum to help you. However, we can't help you in cases of misuse or abuse of the product or normal wear and tear or damages such as scratches, fading, scuffs or watermarks.

BiZou do not offer refunds:

-          If an item has been made bespoke to specific customer requirements and approved by the client, we cannot accept returns or give refunds for items other than faulty items.
-          for hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on all underwear and hats unless these products are of unsatisfactory quality.

How to return?

 Just return the article sealed in its original packaging  and its tag still attached (thereby obviously un-used/un-worn) within 14 days for an alternative or a refund (unless the item is a special commission and/or an alternative policy has been arranged with us).  If the product is defective, please give a full description of the fault and return it in its original box.
If the item you return is defective, we will reimburse any postage costs in the form of a credit to your BiZou account: we cannot issue cash/Cheque or CC postage refunds.
If the item you return is simply unwanted, or a change-of-mind, we cannot refund your posting costs.
If an item is returned to be exchanged we cannot refund your posting cost and will charge a further P&P for the new item to be sent.
For your own protection we recommend items are returned by recorded mail as the package is your responsibility for its safe arrival to us.

Intimate underwear and toys with a broken seal or broken tag cannot be accepted back for refund or exchange.

Please enclose a note with your return giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send it to:

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
